Fitness Diary, Ep 6: Setting Daily Goals After walking a lot over the weekend in Las Vegas, I took time to schedule some lunctime walks with purpose during the work week. I also began to journal and discovered that the best way to focus on what I want to accomplish is by setting daily goals.

What I Discuss:

  • how I spent a weekend walking around Las Vegas
  • what I did to make sure I kept going on lunchtime walks
  • the 3 goals you need to set every single morning
