As I slowly ease myself into a comfortable exercise routine, this week I found that I needed to start slowly working out my body in order for this to work. Adding onto watching 20 minutes each day and meditating in the shower, I began with some easy stretching exercises. Whether it’s in the morning, at my desk at work or before bed, doing them this week has left me feeling great. Check out my video on how to incorporate stretching into your day.
